This week we welcomed two new members to the Qualtrax team, and they’re both named Matt!

Matt Thomason is joining us as an Operations Engineer and Matt Webster is our newest Customer Support Specialist.

Here’s what Matt Thomason had to say:

Howdy friends and welcome to our blog! My name is Matthew Thomason and I’m excited to join the Qualtrax team as an Operations Engineer.

I have been in the technology sector for the past 15+ years. During that time, I have fulfilled multiple roles such as support, QA, IT, and most recently, Devops Engineer for a leading education software provider. I look forward to sharing that experience with an already immensely talented team.

In my downtime, I enjoy all that South Western Virginia has to offer. Whether it’s floating down the New River, hiking one of the many trails or enjoying one (or more) of the awesome breweries in the area, I am thankful to be able to work and play in such a beautiful area.

Matt Webster wanted you to know:

Hello, my name is Matt Webster, I’m beyond excited to be working for Qualtrax as a Customer Support Specialist! Qualtrax’s core values and focus on making a difference are something I hope to embody and display during my time here!

I am currently a graduating senior at Radford University with a major in marketing and a minor in information technology. I have spent many years in customer service and hope to pull from that experience to help me learn how to best help our customers at Qualtrax! I have a love for all things technology, so it feels only natural that I work for a company such as Qualtrax (that way I get to geek out all the time)!

In my free time I enjoy, computer gaming (more than I should), yoga, hiking, and LOVE going out to eat (my wallet may not enjoy it as much). I look forward to working with you all!

Thanks so much for taking a moment to welcome Matt and Matt to the team, and make sure you’re subscribed to the Qualtrax blog, as there might be some other new faces in the near future.
