So you bought Qualtrax, now what?
Once you purchase Qualtrax, our Services Team starts working to make sure your system is implemented to meet your compliance needs.
The goal is simple – to give you all of the knowledge and tools that you need to successfully administer and use Qualtrax in your organization.
Introductions are made with both your team and ours. This call gives you a chance to review the implementation process with us, understand your key compliance needs, plan for the installation, and review next steps.
Your IT staff provides us with some basic information so we can set up your hosted server. We do all of the heavy lifting so you can focus on quality.
Your IT staff provides a server that meets the hardware and software requirements for the latest version of Qualtrax, as well as installing the server operating system, database software and IIS. Then, we will schedule a time to access your system remotely to install Qualtrax.
During this screen sharing call, we use your newly installed Qualtrax system to prepare you for your in-person training.
Training occurs either remotely or at your location, using your system during classes. All implementation training is based on a train-the-trainer model so you walk away prepared to show off Qualtrax to your organization.
During this time, Trainers cover managing your inbox, setting up system email, running reports and other basics, as well as in-depth training on document management, process management and testing and training.
During training, you’re provided with all the education and tools that you need to get started. Now it’s time to import documents, set up folders, create tests and trainings, build workflows and more.
After you’ve had time to work with your Qualtrax system, you will have a 3 hour Post-Implementation Review call with us to go over more focused questions and follow-up training.
