Michelle is a Healthcare Professional and Military Veteran with a Secret Security Clearance and over 22 years of proven experience in the United States Army. She accomplished measurable results while leading times of over 50 in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Michelle possesses a comprehensive background in Medical Laboratory Research, operational planning, instructional delivery, safety and quality assurance derived from conducting domestic and global operations in the Middle East. She was the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism. For the past 3 years, Michelle has been the Quality Assurance Manager at the environmental testing laboratory at GBRA in Seguin, Texas. Her career was supported by completion of a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Karen Arrivillaga | Account Executive @ Qualtrax
Karen has been with Qualtrax since 2015 with a focus in the laboratory space and is passionate about finding the best ways to use software to manage accreditation, simplify compliance, and inspire a culture of quality. She’s a proud member of the Qualtrax internal audit team, and helped transition to ISO/IEC 9001:2015. Over the last 5 years, her focus has been on helping laboratories understand how automation software can make a difference in achieving and maintaining TNI and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance
