The second installment of our ISO/IEC 17025 Nonconformance Series will highlight the areas of nonconformance within management reviews.
We will be joined by Frenika Rivers, an Accreditation Officer with A2LA, who will help you strengthen your understanding of management review requirements.
The purpose of a management review is to ensure systematic and periodic reviews of an organization’s quality management system (QMS) in order to evaluate opportunities for improvement and the need for changes. This evaluation includes the effectiveness of the management system and its processes, improvement of laboratory activities, and provision of required resources.
