Jonathan Fuhrman | Program Manager @ American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA)
Mr. Jonathan Fuhrman is the Product Certification Program Manager for the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA). He supports the day-to-day operations of accreditation by assisting A2LA clients in obtaining and maintaining accreditation to ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 17020. As a member of the Electrical and Product Certifications team, he works with Electrical and Mechanical testing laboratories and Certification Bodies operating in fields such as Construction Materials, Energy Efficiency, Halal, and Wireless device certifications. Prior to joining A2LA, Mr. Fuhrman served in Quality Assurance, Market Access, and Factory Surveillance roles and has over a decade of audit experience working with organizations such as A2LA, NVLAP, IECEE, OSHA-NRTL, and Standards Council of Canada.
Karen Arrivillaga | Account Executive @ Qualtrax
Karen has been with Qualtrax since 2015, with a focus in the laboratory space. Karen has more than six years of experience selling technology solutions and is passionate about finding the best ways to use software to manage accreditation, simplify compliance, and inspire a culture of quality. She’s a proud member of the Qualtrax internal audit team, which recently assisted with our transition to ISO/IEC 9001:2015. Karen graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s in Consumer Economics.
