This month, we’ve added Sara Alderman, taking her place as a Technical Support Rock Star.

We asked her to tell you a little about herself, and here is what she said:

Sara Alderman

I was born in the very small town of Patrick Springs, Virginia and attended college in Newport News, Virginia. I currently reside in Floyd with my husband, two daughters, two cats, and a lazy hamster named Biscuit Georgie Porgie Alderman.

I enjoy DIY, taking things apart and putting them back together, painting, buying new gadgets, and my newest hobby is creating masterpieces with newly purchased wood burning tools. My family loves to travel and we try to take a big trip every year. Our dream trip would be to Ireland and Italy.

I have a background in retail banking and technical support and provided support for Turbo Tax users and worked at StellarOne Bank as the Application Delivery Specialist. My most recent position was as a Ticket Ninja for Athletic Greens and my goal was to resolve all customer issues with stealth and lightning fast typing skills.
