It’s Official: We’re ISO 9001:2015 Certified!

At the end of September, we officially became ISO 9001:2015 certified, transitioning from ISO 9001:2008.
Hooray!
We had a lot of employees this round who had never been in an audit and therefore hosted lots of training and practice sessions to make sure everyone, whether they would be in the audit or not, feel informed and up to date.
Of course, we used our own Qualtrax system to help us meet those new requirements and had a thoroughly smooth audit overall. (Although we usually do – not to brag.)
Here’s a copy of our certificate. (Can you tell we’re a little excited?)
Since the announced transition three years ago, it’s been a long journey, but we couldn’t be prouder.
