The Qualtrax team has been working very hard to bring our customers tools that will make their lives easier.  We recently launched the new and improved Qualtrax Support Portal.  We are continuing to add valuable features empower customers to answer their own support questions.  We have recently added a Knowledge Base to the Support Portal.

The Knowledge Base contains lots of useful information and will constantly be expanded.  If you have a question or issue, I highly recommend checking out the Kno

wledge Base to see if it contains the answer that you are looking for.

If you haven’t already signed up for the new Support Portal, please follow the directions below:

1. Go to

2. Select Create New Account in the left menu

3. Fill out all of the required fields and submit your request

4. The Qualtrax Services team will approve your account within 24 hours and you will have full access to the Support Portal.
