countless leaders. He draws from over 20 years’ worth of
experience working as an executive in human resources and
operations roles for both for-profit and not-for-profit
organizations. Jeff will be speaking on “Setting up Quality
Management Teams for Success.”

Bruno Samuel, SGS

Bruno Samuel is a Marketing & Sales professional with over 20
years of industry experience in various industries, including
manufacturing, banking and primarily Testing, Inspection &
Certification. Currently, Bruno is the North America VP of Sales &
Marketing at SGS, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and the
world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company. He
will be speaking on “The Future of ISO Certification and the
Evolving Role of Quality Managers.”
