The Dates for Our 2019 User Conference Are Set!

We are ever so excited to announce (…drum roll please…) the next Qualtrax User Conference will take place April 30th – May 2nd, 2019! We ask that right now (yes, this very moment) you go into your smartphone or onto your paper calendar and save those dates!

Our overarching goal is to create more proficient users over the 2 ½ day experience. Our CEO, Amy Ankrum, emphasized, “The conference is really built for education, you will walk away a more proficient user of Qualtrax after attending.”

Our User Conference is the ultimate combination of targeted training and a whole lot of fun. Last year we had a Vegas-themed event and before that, we learned a lot against the backdrop of a Rock & Roll theme. While the date has been announced the theme has yet to be determined.

Here are some reasons you really should save the date:

• Direct access to our support team for focused instruction and help
• You will learn from other attendees about how they navigate compliance within their organizations–and how they put our product to good use.
• Fun and Education Combine! It can’t be all work and no play. Each year we ensure there are relaxing networking events and a fabulously themed cocktail party. Your voice is heard as we request feedback about our product and future offerings, which directly impact how we continue to refine our software solution.
• Our home is stunning. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains we are fortunate to live in an area that allows us to work hard—and play just as hard. You will get to experience this special community first hand, when you join us for the conference.
• It is incredible to have time together, face-to-face, to work alongside each other. We know our product has a major role in our customers’ organizations. Being able to connect with them beyond phone calls and zoom meetings is a unique (and wonderful) opportunity.
