The theme of this year’s conference is Secret Agent. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to rendezvous with an elite team of quality and compliance experts during Qualtrax’s 13th Annual User Conference which will be held virtually this year.

We will host the conference on two separate days: September 20th will be designed to accomodate people on the West Coast and September 21st will be organized around times convenient to people on the East Coast. You have the ability to select whichever date works best for you!

The Virtual Qualtrax User Conference (a $5,000 value equivalant to an 8-hour training session) offers you a unique opportunity to network with users from different organizations and industry sectors around the world. In addition to live, immersive, hands-on training, we offer leadership development, pre-recorded sessions with industry peers and accreditation bodies (A2LA and ANAB), one-on-one sessions with Qualtrax staff (at a discounted rate) and dedicated time to learn from peers and leaders in the quality and compliance space. We not only want to assist you in maintaining your accreditation, but we want to help take you beyond compliance.

In addition, you will have the ability to become Qualtrax Level 1 certified (included in your registration) and a discounted option to become Qualtrax Level 2 certified. The Qualtrax Level 2 Certification is focused on Workflows and it’s a hands-on assessment designed for admins to demonstrate their ability to import, edit, configure, and create workflows. This certification is designed for experienced Qualtrax workflow admins.
