Peanut butter and jelly. Toast and jam. Salt and pepper. There are some combinations that just work really well together. We’d like to add ANAB and Qualtrax to that list! We find that partnering with excellent customers, like ANAB, creates a “better together” synergy.
Starting in 2014, Qualtrax was chosen as the quality management solution provider for ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and their ISO/IEC 17011 compliance needs. Since then, our two teams have continued to partner together several times, from presenting webinars as a team to ANAB attending our User Conferences each year.
For ANAB, it was the comprehensive aspect of our solution that really spoke to them. Rhonda Banks, the Quality Manager for ANAB shared, “We chose Qualtrax because it has the ability to manage our operations on several different fronts. It does document control for us in addition to allowing us to automate some of our processes using the workflow module as well as tracking the training of our staff.”
Rhonda, and her team of 65 Qualtrax users, work diligently every day to make sure compliance is being optimized for themselves and the several companies who are accredited under ANAB.
Through Qualtrax, ANAB has changed the way that they provide access to documents for their staff and assessors. This is because Qualtrax documents are accessible even when people are traveling around the country or on-site at an assessment.
With both of our companies having such a passion for teaching and promoting compliance, it’s no wonder we get along so well!

ANAB also uses the testing functionality of Qualtrax to incorporate acknowledgment features into their document releases, which allows both acknowledgment that employees have read and understood a policy, but also has the option of testing on the content of the policy to ensure that people understand the changes.
“[…] if it’s something important and we really want to make sure that people have understood the issue, we can incorporate that into the test and then we have easy documentation of that in a reportable format.”
Rhonda particularly enjoys the Qualtrax product for being easy to use and providing flexibility for the needs of her organization, as well as calling out the Qualtrax team for being responsive to the needs of ANAB as a customer.
“One of the things that I really appreciate about the Qualtrax staff is that they are always willing to listen to the unique issues that we have in our organization and to try to help us to craft a unique solution for a unique problem.”
While Rhonda appreciates that we listen–we appreciate that the entire ANAB team wants to be “in it” with us. We are stronger because of customers like ANAB who are fully committed to continuous improvement–and want to partner with us in the process.
