Have you heard the news? Registration for our 2021 Qualtrax Virtual User Conference is now open! This virtual conference will take place on September 20th and 21st and attendees can choose either day that best fits their schedule. September 20th has been designed with West Coast attendees in mind (PST) and September 21st is ideal for East Coast attendees (EST). You can check out the agenda here.
Which topics are going to be covered?
We have an exciting mix of topics and speakers lined up for this year’s conference. Our team of Qualtrax experts will be leading live sessions that focus on topics like the art of building workflows, using environmental variables in Qualtrax, user scope, the power of email actions and reminders, and more! Additionally, we will have pre-recorded presentations available for on-demand viewing up to 90 days post-conference featuring A2LA, ANAB, and customer spotlights with fellow Qualtrax users! Conference attendees will be provided access to a Qualtrax test environment to use within your conference sessions.
Are there any optional add-ons to the conference this year?
Yes! We are offering dedicated one-on-one time with a Qualtrax expert. During this time, you can address any challenges you’re having, see if there is a way to streamline a process or strengthen your Qualtrax skills. This is available on a first come first serve basis and is priced at $99.
Certifications
Qualtrax Level 1 Admin Certification was introduced to a limited group in Fall 2020. The Level 1 Admin Certification is a multiple-choice style certification test offered to Qualtrax administrators in order to demonstrate general knowledge and understanding of the Qualtrax system. The opportunity to take the Level 1 Admin Certification test is included with your registration and is a great way to show all that you know and have learned.
Qualtrax Level 2 Certification for Workflows is a hands-on assessment designed for admins to demonstrate their ability to import, edit, configure, and create workflows. This certification complements the product training courses provided in the conference agenda and is a great way to test out what you have learned. This certification is designed for experienced Qualtrax workflow admins that want to showcase their system proficiency to their organization. It is a great way to test out your Qualtrax skills and can serve as a resume builder! The Level 2 Certification for Workflows can be added to your registration for $499.
