What is Qualtrax?


Once you've joined our family of customers, you'll get to spend some quality time with our exceptional implementation team. We believe that a smooth transition into the Qualtrax system is the first major step to successfully using the product. Our team will set-up time with you and your team to discuss the logistics of making the move to Qualtrax. Next, we'll set-up a time when we can come out to your location to help you dive in. We'll help you learn how to comfortably use every piece of the software.

Your company’s success with Qualtrax begins with our implementation team.

Successful implementation of our software is a critical piece of the Qualtrax experience—the best way for you to get the most out of Qualtrax is to spend some hands-on time with our team in the actual software. Implementation includes four basic parts:

1. Planning and Installation
During this phase of implementation we will help you determine system requirement, schedule a call with your team and ours to answer questions, and during that time, we’ll set training dates. Our team will also outline what you can expect during the implementation process in order to ensure things run smoothly.

2. Documents/Document Management
During implementation, your team learns how to import documents into the system’s tree structure. This allows your team to become familiar with the process in your own work environment and be ready to import all your documents after training is over.

3. Workflows/Process Management
While we’re spending time with your team, we will walk you through the workflow creation and routing of your business processes. Your team will be able to familiarize themselves with workflow design, initiation, and routing.

4. Training
Our team will be spending two days with your team—at your site—to show you the ropes. We’ll cover everything from system settings and properties to searching and reporting.

After implementation has concluded, we’ll still be by your side to answer any questions you might have. We are here during regular business hours, and we offer a 24/7 support option to our customers. If you find yourself in need of some additional training or other services, just let us know!
