As the Technical Implementation Consultant for our software product, I am frequently asked by customers, “What changes will need to be made in our processes when an audit is conducted?” For the most part, the audit will be the same as it was before Qualtrax was put into place. Your auditor will want to see different things depending on the type of audit being conducted, but the general items an auditor will be looking for are the same.
