Qualtrax, the leading Quality Management Solution for Forensic Labs, is hosting a User Forum for both customers and potential customers on Monday, September 17th, 3:00 - 6:00 pm. During the session, users have the opportunity to hear, share, and discuss how they are using their Qualtrax System. The program also includes a best practices overview and information about how our customers help improve and shape the development of the system. Attendees will also hear a presentation from Calibrate, Inc. titled "Introduction to Measurement Uncertainty in Pipetting." The presentation is designed to provide a brief introduction to measurement uncertainty and to provide Quality Managers with the chance to understand how another ISO 17025 accredited lab has managed their measurement uncertainty program.
