Software Trainer and Technical Support
Qualtrax, Inc. (subsidiary of CCS-Inc.) is currently hiring a Software Trainer & Technical Support for its compliance management software product. This position will interact with IT professionals, software developers, and regulatory professionals. The candidate must be able to translate technical information into a training room environment with students of varying levels of expertise. Ideal candidate will:
- Conduct training session on-site for customers. Domestic and International travel will be required.
- Conduct training sessions in-house for customers and employees.
- Design and develop training programs and maintaining customer-training programs as well as implementing new training programs utilizing video and web.
- The ability to coordinate and conduct online training sessions by use of GoToMeeting is a plus.
- Assist with testing new product versions, CDs and bug fixes.
- Provide phone support to customers, answering how to questions and in some cases helping to troubleshoot product issues.
- Be an advocate for the customer. Communicate product feature requests and improvements in a timely and effective manner and help address development questions as a customer advocate.
- Assist with updates to training materials and manuals.
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year University, preferably in a technology-related field such as Management Information Systems, two years related experience in software training and support, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred.
