Qualtrax Compliance Software

Qualtrax, Inc. (subsidiary of CCS-Inc.) is looking for a full-time Software Quality Assurance Engineer for our compliance management software product.  This position is responsible for designing, creating and executing software test plans and test cases that are leading the way in assuring high quality of our software products.  You will have the opportunity to work with software developers on a regular basis.

• Very strong understanding of software lifecycle and QA methodology.
• Create test plans and test cases with high functionality requirements.
• Good numerical analysis and logical thinking skills.
• Hands-on working experience in Windows and Microsoft .NET technology.
• Experience in tracking issues found during testing efforts and documenting re-testing instructions.
• Test program for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing.
• Experience with Scrum software development a plus.
• Experience writing scripts and/or Database Queries to perform repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

• Programming skills in C# preferred.
• B.S. Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, and/or related field OR equivalent experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance environment.
