Inside Sales Representative

Qualtrax, Inc. (subsidiary of CCS-Inc.) has an immediate opening for a full-time Inside Sales Representative. You can be a part of our talented, passionate and focused team to help us fulfill our vision for the future. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
A. Pipeline Development

  • Identify and quality potential prospects through proactive outbound calls.
  • Conduct research on accounts by using Hoovers and other sources.  Develop an understanding of the account’s business issues and other relevant information.
  • Assist in educating prospects about Qualtrax.

B. Marketing Programs

  • Conduct prompt follow-up to telephone, web generated inquiries or inquiries generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaigns and provide feedback on quality of leads.
  • Provide input for new marketing programs.
  • Effectively utilize inquiry rating and lead qualification system.
  • Execute telemarketing programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, tradeshows or webinars.

C. Sales Process and Database Integrity

  • Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals.
  • Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
  • Capture, maintain and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using CRM.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Qualtrax products, solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as evolving strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills: verbally articulate, active listening and writing
  • High level of organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer and sales focus and ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Education/Experience/Credentials:

  • Minimum 2 years proven sales or relevant experience with solution based selling methods and proven ability to effectively navigate a complex sales process
  • Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/GoToMeeting/Social Media experience with knowledge of CRM applications.
  • Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), decision-making, presentation and organization skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
