HACCP Process Monitoring
The Mobilitee EHC system is an extension of Qualtrax to provide precise monitoring of processes. It does so by triggering events when critical limit deviations are detected on the production floor:

The user-configured HACCP plan is immediately put into action, directing the line worker or HACCP monitor with simple instructions presented in their own native language.
At the same time, one or more members of the management team are notified via pager, e-mail, cell phone, fax, printed document, and/or desktop alert, that their assistance or supervision is required on the production floor.
In addition, management is alerted should floor personnel fail to run checks within the time frame mandated by the HACCP plan or company policy, and management can also be notified if production floor personnel have any issue that requires supervisory intervention – even those not necessarily related to HACCP compliance.

Once data is collected, EHC provides electronic reporting in formats such as MS-Excel™, MS-Access™, Crystal Reports™, and PDF that can be used to demonstrate HACCP compliance to the USDA, and be made available internally for further custom analysis to establish trends in safety, quality, and productivity.

The incorporation of traceability into EHC allows for a seamless transfer of historical quality and origin data on the product (both in-bound & out-bound) as well as resolution of accounting issues related to Work-In-Process, which can be problematic to most accounting systems operating in a process (vs. discrete) manufacturing system. Communication is facilitated between EHC, Qualtrax, your ERP, and your LIMS systems.

Statistical Process Control
Qualtrax's also offers integration with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software. Integrating Qualtrax with SPC is a powerful combination, providing supervisors and decision makers the power to make accurate and informed decisions in real-time.

Qualtrax with SPC allows organizations to:

Automatically generate NCRs and email these to the appropriate parties to resolve and track problems identified by SPC
Easily report and track problems occurring on the production floor

SPC software, such as Applied Stats from ASI Datamyte, can be used to measure processes like Net Weight. When a process becomes out of control, nonconformance reports can be triggered in Qualtrax.
