Qualtrax offers different training options designed to meet the needs of our diverse customer base:
Qualtrax welcomes the opportunity to go to our customer's location and conduct training. This option is convenient for your staff and allows large groups to be trained. Training is customized to your needs. Users will gain the knowledge they need to start using our products immediately, while Administrators will learn advanced configuration and other system management tools.
Qualtrax customers are also invited to send individuals to our Christiansburg, VA headquarters for training. This training is designed for new customers and covers both administrative and user training. The two day course will equip your representatives with the knowledge they need to conduct their own trainings.
When travel is not an option, Qualtrax also offers training via the web. These sessions can be customized to the customers needs and cover both Administrator and User training. Qualtrax will work with you to determine the training that best suits your organization's needs for a successful implementation.
