Qualtrax offers different training options designed to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
This option enables Qualtrax customers to send individuals to our Christiansburg, VA headquarters for training. This training is designed for new customers covering both administrative and user training. The full course is two days and will equip your representatives with the knowledge they need to conduct their own trainings.
Our Qualtrax trainers are also available to go to your location and conduct training on-site. This option is convenient for your staff and allows you to train large groups. Training is customized to your needs. Users will gain the knowledge they need to start using Qualtrax immediately, while Administrators will learn advanced configuration and other system management tools.
