The Document Compare module is a significant time-saver for individuals (such as Quality Managers) that are
regularly prompted to review or approve large quantities of
documents. This tool provides clear, side-by-side comparisons of document
versions and a color-coded report that allows you to easily
identify the changes.
For any document that has at least one prior revision in the Qualtrax system, the Document
Compare Module interface allows for side-by-side comparisons of any two document revisions. Users
can even view a comparison of the current published version of a document and a revision-in-progress.
The Document Comparison Module utilizes a color-coded scheme that makes it very user-friendly and
illuminates changes by category. Changes, additions, and deletions are all highlighted using different
colors or formatting styles. By providing side-by-side comparison in an easy-to-understand interface, the
Document Comparison Module increases efficiency and accuracy in your document management process.
