Mobiltrax displays all data collected in "scorecard" format. Any measurements or attributes (e.g. weight, temperature, etc.) recorded that fall within the prescribed acceptable range are represented in green. Those that exceed critical limits are shown in red.
Scorecards are layered with "drill down" functionality. The top level view shows all operating facilities. If there is a problem in any of the plants, simply click on its red box to see a new scorecard of the production lines in that facility. Drill down even further to see at which checkpoint and time the deviation occurred.
This bottom layer is called the shift log. It contains all the specific data points that make up the scorecard. These shift logs replace cumbersome spreadsheets and can be used for audit purposes.
