Mobiltrax allows administrators to set up automatic notifications when out of range data is collected. SMS text messaging and SMTP email protocols are used to alert appropriate personnel when a deviation occurs.
Mobiltrax will also generate a deviation report to document the event. This electronic report can be routed to people involved in the corrective and preventive actions necessary to solve the problem. Each person is prompted to answer questions about the deviation that will then be available for review and audit purposes.
