Staying for Additional Training?
If you are joining our team for additional training and would like to be a little bit closer to the Qualtrax Headquarters after the regularly scheduled user conference has come to an end, we recommend a lovely, local bed and breakfast called
The Inn at Hans Meadow. The rate will be $74.00/night plus tax. There is limited room availability, so book now to ensure you get a room. Be sure you mention Qualtrax when you make your reservation.
Another great option is the
Fairfield Inn. The rate will also be $74.00/night plus tax.
If you would like to continue your stay with the Inn at Virginia Tech during additional training, there are several rooms blocked at the Qualtrax User Conference rate of $119/night plus tax.
Additional Training Transportation
Transportation will be available for registrants joining the Qualtrax Team for additional training sessions on May 20 and/or 21. Please let us know if you need this service so we can plan accordingly.
